Fraud at Daadys Builder by Promoter

Builders and Promoter at Daadys have done a huge fraud to various IT professionals and residents in Bangalore. Currently one of their case is running under Debt Recovery Tribunal.

Residents are crying and have lost complete faith in the builder. His cheatings and rowdiness has led to distrust, hatred and instability in the layout....

Their after sales service is worst. I guess the staffs are screwing up the builders. Marketing people are nice and they respond. But once the project goes in the hand of contactors, you are at their mercy. They are very arrogant and you will have to run behind them to get response. What builder does is to simply outsource the project to contractors. Even though you will notice branded material you will not like the work done. In my house I have seens cracks, water seepage problem, uneven tile and many more things.

Owner of the group (Bobby) has careless attitude. he will never respond to your phone and email. Only time he will respond to you if you threaten to cancel the deal.

In last 5 years, he has not completed club house and still does not commit. He went bankrupt recently and in all the meetings he kept saying "I have no money to complete it."

He also pledged the sites to Patiala bank and sold it to people illegally. Not trustworthy at all. I would suggest even if you have to pay more somewhere else, do that. Do not deal with these people.

Those who are in support of the bulders are most likely their near ones. Many of the residents are from his native place and they have good bonding among themselves.

I came to know there is lot of litigations in the projects which is motgaged by the banks and he did n't pay money to those banks, so banks pasted papers claiming that property is of HUDCO bank and consumers who took properties in the layout are suffering with this kind of issues and there is no ethics to this builders and never will return your money once it went to his hands 






this builder is one big rogue and he is a shameless guy.The director Mr.Boby has no control over his marketing people.I got one vila which i booked in 2005 and its aganist my actual construction plan.In 2007 somehow we compromised not to file case aganist this builder bcos of the need of the villa.We told the builder to do the construction but later this guy started demanding more money and later in 2008 i filed a case aganist this builder.Please i beg the innocent people not to get trap with this buggers.Its better to stay in a rented house rather then buying a house with this builder.
